# Pricing study data

AgentLive.Events Pricing Study (Oct 26 to 27, 2026).

Two files. Both cover 39,160 matched listings: 12,957 SeatGeek same seat, 10,935 Vivid Seats same seat, and 15,268 StubHub same row (proxy). Prices were compared for a pair of tickets, per ticket, all fees included on both sides. The outlier rule was applied first. There is no file of individual matched listings, and no seat-level data.

- `agentlive-pricing-study-oct-2026.csv`: one row per event, section, marketplace and match type (2,781 rows). Counts and shares only; no prices or price differences.
- `agentlive-pricing-study-oct-2026-by-event.csv`: one row per event, marketplace and match type (262 rows). Counts, shares, and a median difference only where a row has 5 or more matched listings.

| Event number | Sequential number per event, for these files only. Two events can share a name, venue and date, so group by this column. |
| Event, Venue, Event date, Category | Event name, venue, local event date (YYYY-MM-DD), and Concerts, Sports or Theater. |
| Marketplace | SeatGeek, Vivid Seats or StubHub. |
| Match type | Same seat, or Same row (proxy). Same seat is the same event, section, row and seat numbers. Same row (proxy) is our cheapest listing in a row against the marketplace listing in that row; seats differ. |
| Section | Section file only. Section name. Other sections combines every section with fewer than 5 matched listings for that event, marketplace and match type. |

| AgentLive cheaper / About the same / AgentLive pricier (count) | Counts behind the percentages. |

Counts, shares and their 95% ranges can be rebuilt from the count columns by resampling events. Medians, price ratios and premiums over wholesale were computed from the underlying matches and cannot be rebuilt from these files.
